For all Mantrid fans out there - Human Centipede

The Human Centipede
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wmTv2nqTHo
A horror flick about a mad surgeon who dreams of creating a "human centipede" by sewing people together (connecting them via the gastric system - yes, it IS rather gross... ). Guess who plays the mad surgeon... :-D

This is probably not going to be a particularly good film - but I'm definitely going to give it a try - for Dieter Laser AND for the WTF factor... 8)

Turns out Gin is still alive. Dying but not dead yet. I hope he is saved.

Seems it is already released in several countries.
A second part seems to be in development. Same director: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1530509/

I heard about this and seen the trailer on hulu.com yesterday. I hear it's being released to theaters at the end of this month. As of what country, I'm not sure.

It's quite a disturbing movie, but I still wanna see it. Here is more info from the imdb website: The Human Centipede

If you are in US, the IFC Films site lists which cinemas it is being shown in and when http://www.ifcfilms.com/films/human-centipede

Apparently it is also being shown "on demand" by various cable TV companies.

I think it is going to be playing at a local "art house" theater here in the United States very soon.

OK I watched it and I don't think I will be recommending this movie to any one. My therapist will be hearing about this. Well it was better then I expected it to be but it was pretty messed up.

I have to see this! Dieter was truly memorable in LEXX, and in the trailer for this, he seems to be over the top evil! I love horror films so I'll be watching this as soon as possible! I've read mixed reviews on this film, but everyone seems to agree, Dieter Laser is the best thing about it.

He is.
The movie itself is cheap and cheesy but it's that good, enjoyable sort of cheap and cheesy. And believe it or not, the directing and cinematography weren't all that lame, Tom Six actually managed to surprise me - pleasantly. And the finale is delightfully sick.

But Dieter really is the best. 8)

I don't like endings that dont have resolve. I want to know what happened to the middle peice did she die? Was she rescued? What? well I supose I'll have to use my imagination. It would be horrible if she lived any way since she'd be scared for life physically and mentally.

I hadn't seen a trailer, but had heard about the movie and I have to say, Holy Crap! Dieter Laser really brings it home for the demented surgeon crowd. I can't wait to see this film and relive the awesome that is Mantrid via Dieter's cold demeanor (imho).
