I'm glad you think so; my birthmark's the red spot on the picture. Since my birthmark's on the back of my right shoulder, I have to ask what others think it looks like; I'm not an owl, so I can't turn my head to see it. When I took 1 of my own pictures of me wearing my Keyeo/Prince costume (unfinished) & noticed it, I cropped that part of it & put it on my Inspirational site; it's the red spot in the photo.
