I'm not saying it is, but it definitely has lots of elements of steam punk in it. Like crude machinery and mixing organix with technology. It also has that dark feel to it like steam punk.

Just wondering what every one's thoughts are on this. It's missing that Victorian feel though but I think it could still be quasi steam punk

I had to google steampunk to see what that was :oops: ... but having done so I would say there are some episodes that did have a bit of steampunk in 'em ;)

I think the planets Fire and Water had a steampunk feel to them.

I thought I was crazy for thinking that at first. But yeah it has a lot of elements of steampunk. Maybe not 100% though. I think that dragonfly that came out of thoden's nose was kind of steampunkish.

I've been really into steampunk jewlery and when AC moore had steampunk charms I was so happy.

I found out what it was when I started making things for sims 2. I was researching design elements and some one made steampunk wall paper for sims.

steampunk is a style or an art form that is based on steam technology or clockwork and gears also. It is crude metal and has a dark tone to it.

Steampunk jewelry is really hot right now.

Well, season 3 could fall in that category then :) But 1 and 2 are pure scifi.

well season 1 had that dragon fly thing that was likened to steam punk art work. There were a few other things like that pod thing thoden was imprisoned in.

Like I said not a perfect fit but some elements were there.
